
Green Bean & Okra Casserole
Classic holiday casserole with a Cajun twist.
Ingredients
- 1 can Trappey’s Cut Okra, drained (14.5 oz)
- 1 can Trappey’s Seasoned Black Beans, drained and rinsed (15.5 oz)
- 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup fried onions
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Trappey’s Cut Okra, Seasoned Black Beans, and cream of mushroom soup. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
- Top evenly with fried onions.
- Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Serve warm as a flavorful Cajun-style Thanksgiving side dish.
